Kim has been in the legal profession for over 23 years. Her practice areas include real estate; probate and trust administration and litigation; estate planning; asset protection; and business law.
Kim began working with Attorney Everett Holum in Tacoma, Washington in 1996, first joining the practice as a Paralegal. She earned a B.A. at the University of Washington, Tacoma and after successfully completing the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerk Program in 2010, Kim passed the Washington State Bar exam in 2011. She was also admitted to the U.S. District Court Western District of Washington in 2011.
In 2013 Kim became a Partner of the newly-renamed firm of Holum & Hann, P.S.
Kim is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Pierce County Bar Association, West Tacoma Optimist Club and Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce. Respected among her peers in the legal profession, she presented the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar “Unlawful Detainer Case Update” at the 2007 Year End Potpourri. Her articles include A Grassroots Approach to Becoming an Attorney and The Jurisdiction Between Probate and Death Claims.
When she is not practicing law you’ll often find this Washington State native and her golden retriever Chase enjoying a trek outside. Kim also loves to travel, especially to places sunny and sandy like Aruba, Mexico and Maui.
